Job Description:
Our client seeks loan officers for various Northern New Jersey locations including Wayne, Paramus, Livingston, and West Caldwell. You will be responsible for the management of a large portfolio and the development of new business. You will train, develop, and assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees.
You must have excellent underwriting skills, solid credit background, and strong communication skills. You should have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
You should have three (3) to five (5) years experience in commercial real estate and construction lending. You must have formal credit training.
