Job Description: Directly responsible for food quality and service from the Food Production area, including Restaurant and Banquet food costs for the entire operation as second in command to the Executive Chef. Must have 3-5yrs of experience in a 500-750 room full service hotel. Previous Executive Sous Chef and/or Banquet Chef experience. Must be experienced in high volume food production and processes. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Good communication in the English language is required.
