Job Description:
Directly responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and wares. Responsible for the training and supervision of all steward personnel. Prior Steward Supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and overtime if needed.
