Job Description: Position Responsibilities: . Performs initial review of assets and make recommendations as to the Investment Objective and positioning of said assets. . Interacts with Financial Advisors regarding allocations, investment type and selection of investments. . Performs Annual Reviews for trust accounts. . Attends client and Financial Advisor meetings to discuss investment of trust accounts. . Reviews allocation and holdings of each Trust accounts. . Transacts daily buys/sells of assets in Trust Accounts as needed. . Makes presentation to potential trust clients as needed. . Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience: Knowledge of: . Investment concepts, practices. . Financial markets and products. . Principles of estate planning, trusts and securities industry operations.
Skill In: . Preparing and delivering written and oral presentations. . Gathering and compiling information and data. . Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.
Ability To: . Attend to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation. . Interpret and apply policies and identify and recommend changes as appropriate. . Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. . Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. . Establish and maintain effective working relationships, at all levels of the organization, including negotiating resources. . Project a positive, professional image both internal and with external business contacts. . Convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Investments.
