Job Description:
Seeking an Executive Chef to oversee Banquet and fine dining restaurant.Position reports directly to owner. The restaurant is a Lunch/Dinner operation with moderately high volume. Banquet operations encompass multiple events with a maximum guests at 250 persons.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must have restaurant and banquet operation experience. A culinary education and degree is preferred. Must have food purchasing skills as well as staff planning experience. Candidate must be creative, dedicated and able to operate independently. Must be able to control operating expenses.
