Job Description:
Premier Denver law firm, is currently looking for a paralegal with three years experience in commercial real estate, lending and entity formation.
Responsibilities include UCC filings, searches and analysis, entity formation and maintenance; due diligence review and organization; research, preparing deeds and closing documents.
Candidates for this position must be enthusiastic and competent professionals with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven record of being able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects is required.
