Job Description:

Will program and run CNC Mills and turning centers. The equipment is MAZAK, both vertical and horizontal and the components made are for hydraulic applications: pistons, valves, cylinders etc.
Materials used: Aluminum, Tool steel - S701 and 4140
First shift, 7am-3pm. OT is not required but most work until 5pm.

Job Requirements:

Mazak mills or turning centers experience is needed. Client may consider experience with other types of machines for strong candidates. Candidate should be open to work 2nd shift. (looking to add a 2nd shift in next year or so). Need to be proficient with and have good knowledge of micrometers and callipers. Must pass math aptitude test (no calculator) and post-offer drug screening.
