Job Description:
Candidates will be experienced in residential mortgage loan origination. From taking loan applications and obtaining the needed borrower information to following up with the borrowers and providing updates as the loans progress through to closing. Applications consist of a standard 1003 and the appropriate supporting credit and Mexican property information. IMI lends only in Mexico and Costa Rica and would prefer candidates that have some understanding of these buyers and markets as well as how to source new borrowers.

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Mortgage origination.
Preferably the candidate will have some knowledge of Mexican vacation real estate transactions.
Calyx Point experience is a plus
Spanish is a plus
Must have access to the internet
