Four Diamond Boutique Hotel in North Carolina is looking for a talented Events Manager who wants to take a positive step in their career. Must have hands on experience in a four star/four diamond hotel environment. Minimum 3 years management experience as a banquet manager with a verifiable progression of advancement and no more than 2 jobs in the last 4 years. An intimate knowledge of room setups, culinary expertise, and experience with various styles of service is a must. The candidate for this position will have experience in budget responsibilities and forecasting, training and developing a team and knowledge of industry trends.
