COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE/TRANSACTIONAL PARALEGAL - Center City
One of the most prominent Philadelphia firms is looking for an experienced real estate transaction paralegal. The right person will have solid transaction experience in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate acquisitions, sales and financing from inception through closing, including formation of the appropriate ownership entity, i.e., corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, review and resolution of all title and survey issues, and preparing and organizing documents necessary for due diligence and consummation of the transaction. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Must have a Baccalaureate degree. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus. Excellent compensation.
