Job Description:
These are seasonal, part-time positions, starting at *$8.50 per hour, $9.00 with a Guard Card.
*Acquiring a California State Guard Card to work selected posts will increase your starting hourly wage. Work all 12 games this 2008 season and have your Guard Card costs reimbursed!
Essential Duties include:
• Greet Guests in a friendly and courteous manner to the stadium.
• Outgoing, energetic, proactive.
• Assist security by checking bags, backpacks, and coolers as Guests enter the stadium.
• Check tickets and show Guests to their assigned seats.
• Knowledge of all facility locations, and know direction to services offered.
• Assist Guests in finding lost articles and lost individuals
• Assist Disabled Guests.
• Ability to work in all weather and walk up and down stairs, as well as stand for long periods of time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for our Guests.
Job Requirements:
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• A team player, with effective communication skills.
• Maintain consistent attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
• The ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old
