Job Description:
Part time mowing route using mid-size Troro
Hydro walk-behind mowers - easy operation for
women or men. Route is a Tues., Wed., and Thrs.
2/3 of each day thus far. Opportunity to help grow
route to augment hourly with commission pay.
Renovation work also available on pre-existing
landscapes - improvements, additions, renewals,
etc. for extra hours/days as opportunities arise. We
seek positive upbeat individuals with a good work
ethic and manners.
Punctuality, dependability, interest in taking
"ownership" through growth of route, all important.
Job requires physical ability and stamina. Pleasant
working conditions. Will train right individuals (two
openings currently). Good driving record and
experience pulling trailers desirable for lead
position. Can be trained. Assistant position
needn't drive. Hat and shirts supplied (uniform). If

Job Requirements:
Experience with commercial Hydro Walk behind
lawn mowers and pulling 14' trailer preferred for
lead position but will train right person - proof of
good driving record required for lead position.
Assistant can be trained in all duties. Common
sense as to safety issues a must. Good with public
(P.R. skills) a plus.

Most receive full service. Services include Mowing,
renovations, installations, applications. Route 3
days a week (2/3 of a day each day) so far.
Commissions in addition to hourly available for
those who want to take "ownership" and help route
grow. Positive atmosphere and people. We like to
surprise our clients with the wow factor in terms of
quality and personable service.
