Job Description:
This position will be providing decision and analytical support to critical cross functional areas and the finance management team. Accountabilities include:

Budgeting
Forecasting
Analysis
Identifying potential issues
Developing recommendations

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related area
- CPA Required - Mandatory
- MBA or Masters of Accountancy strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of finance with 2-4 years experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis required
- Big 4 or Large Regional Firm audit experience required
- Must be a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills; must possess an ability to make quick decisions and use good judgment.
- Must possess a high sense of urgency and work ethic
- Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member
- Must be detail oriented, reliable, and financially responsible
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated excellent PC skills and detailed knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with project management systems preferred
