-Legally authorized to work in the US
-Physical and health report must be complete by a doctor
-Must have a clean background record (criminal, job and driving etc.)
-High School graduate (Education in child development at the high school or college level is a plus)
-Have a reliable vehicle and be insured on this vehicle
-Must have current CPR and First Aid certificate
-Must be will to complete a training class at the agency
