Job Description:
Overall, your focus will be concentrated in several key areas, including, but not limited to:

-Convert and prepare customer data for processing

Convert data to standard format for ACE / Presort

Nth and Zip select data

CASS certify data using FirstLogic ACE

ACE data according to Postal Regulations and customer specifications

Merge / Purge data using FirstLogic

Match / Consolidate

Merge / Purge data to customer specifications

Presort data using FirstLogic Presort

Presort data to Postal Regulations and customer specifications.

Prepare all supporting Postal Documentation including Tag, Flags and Statements

Prepare data for Scitex / Laser printing

Using NewLeaf and First Logic Label Studio

Work with other departments

Work with Account Executives to understand customer requirements

Work with Production to ensure proper output

Additional items that are a plus, but not required (we will introduce you to and train you as applicable):

MQC (Mailpiece Quality Control) Certified

TMS (Transportation Management Systems) experience

Letter Composition using PrintSoft New Leaf

Programming in VB Script, C#, HTML and ASP

Understanding and able to work with OMS (Order Management Systems)
