Senior Web Designer

Responsibilities:
Produce visual designs to create a better user experience for the public site, and internal applications.
Produce and manage monthly newsletter.
Assist in overseeing web analytics and SEO initiatives.
Create and edit web pages using HTML, CSS, and Flash with Action Scripting for cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
Maintenance of content management system and public site's assets to ensure quality assurance.
XHTML/CSS/JS template creation/modification and integration.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years experience producing fabulous designs with a portfolio to match.
Expertise with graphics software including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.
Expertise in XHTML/CSS/JS.
Experience with AJAX, ASP, and Version Control Software.
Strong Ajax understanding including MooTools, Script.aculo.us
Solid design experience in Flash with ActionScripting.
Ability to design for cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to focus on aesthetics, user-interface, information architecture, and usability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Commitment to high standards of quality.
