Job Description:
Advanced knowledge of principles, concepts and theories in project and program management
· Applies program management knowledge to contribute to strategic direction
· Develops ideas and leads complex projects
· Capable of making complex decisions, identifying new solutions and recommending courses of action to senior staff
· Capable of working across the department and delivering department objectives. This includes support of the department operating model.

· Comprehensive experience (5+years) and general knowledge of the drug development and safety process – preferably in the international/global environment.
· Successful track record in IT project management (8-10+ years) including responsibility for designing, planning and supporting Project Management technologies and processes. Expertise in Project Management tools required.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and managerial skills are essential.
· Proven ability to work independently, under time-constraint pressures, and simultaneously on multiple projects. The ability to Multi-task is a must.
· Ability to identify process improvement opportunities through the implementation and use of Information technology tools and solutions.

Job Requirements:
following areas will be strongly considered:
· Domain knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence; experience leading enterprise data warehousing projects strongly desired
· Developing strategies supporting WW Development customers
· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including contractors, vendors and third parties
· Project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking and reporting. This should include expertise in the use of PM tools
· Ability to manage several projects and teams simultaneously and provide direction to project managers.
· Experience facilitating cross-divisional analysis and requirements
· Ability to evaluate technical solutions including commercial and in-house software
· Must understand and have extensive experience using SDLC. Must support and enforce the use of SDLC.
· Experience working in regulated environments strongly desired; should have knowledge in FDA GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations and system validation
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and expertise communicating at all levels
