Job Description:
Candidate will supervise up to 20 maintenance technicians in a front-end, semiconductor environment. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: monitoring preventive maintenance actions, continuous improvement of equipment with strong focus on equipment performance metrics, ability to work in a diverse and dynamic work environment, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Supervises process, skilled and/ or technical manufacturing employees responsible for routine tasks.Assigns, directs implementation of tasks and processes.
