Job Description:
Qualification and time in grade requirements must be met by the closing date of the vacancy announcement. To qualify based on education, submit a copy of an official transcript. For GS-11: All applicants must meet the requirements in either A, B or C as follows: A. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree related to the occupation OR three full years of progressively higher level graduate education; major study -- natural resource management, natural sciences, earth sciences, history, archeology, anthropology, park and recreation management, law enforcement/police science, social sciences, museum sciences, business administration, public administration, behavioral sciences, sociology or other closely related subjects pertinent to the management and protection of natural and cultural resources OR B. 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level of federal service (GS-09) OR C. Combination of graduate education and specialized experience: When determining the applicant\'s total qualifying experience, the graduate education and specialized experience will be determined as percentages. The two percentages will be added together and must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.
