Job Description:
Underwrite conforming and FHA loans for purchase and refinances. Run automated underwriting by DU, LP, Clues, Zippy, Assett Wise, etc.. Analyze the risk of the borower willingness and ability to repay the loan. Ensure files are salable in the secondary market and underwritten in accordance with investor guidelines. Inssue approvals, review and clear underwriting conditions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years DE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
