Job Description:
Your Key Responsibilities With the Company:
Maintain a motivated, respectful and honest work force in a happy environment.
Develop a crew orientation as well as training and safety programs and ensure that all crew members are oriented and trained accordingly.
Demonstrate superior teamwork and the corporate spirit.
Produce a high performance team that achieves a maximum level of production within the time allotted with a commitment to quality, results and customer satisfaction.
Manage production and crew leaders including job scheduling, crew assignment and allocation of vehicles, equipment, materials and tools. Oversee proper loading and unloading of vehicles.
Manage all aspects of the daily activities of crew leaders and crew members/laborers including proper uniforms, accurate grouping, fast and efficient dispatch, proper use of time clock and break times, appropriate use of equipment and tools as well as accurate completion of daily paperwork/computer entries (e.g., pesticide application records, reports such as service and exceptions as well as time cards.)
Inventory, identify and issue tools, equipment, and other assets to company personnel, documenting each issued item.
Enforce all company policies with a fair and evenhanded attitude toward all employees.
Other Responsibilities:
Review and understand all contractual obligations for residential, commercial and government work.
Ensure that all crew members project a professional image including cleanliness and neatness of personnel uniforms, vehicles, assets and facilities.
Ensure the timely and proper reporting and handling of employee job-related personnel or vehicle related accidents, injuries or illnesses. Ensure proper completion of all related paperwork
Oversee the proper organization and maintenance of assets and facilities.
Ensure accurate completion of Pre and Post Employee paper work.
Job Requirements:
At least five years of experience as a production manager or related experience
