Job Description:
The Chief Operating Office will be responsible for the majority of the day to day operations for the organization. This position directs, administers, and coordinates the activities for the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the President by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Required Skills: - Strong leadership and team building skills. - Strong understanding of healthcare industry. - Excellent communications skills (oral and written). - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively under stress. - Excellent planning and organizations skills. Required Experience: - Previous leadership experience with a proven record of accomplishment, at an executive level, within a Software-related industry preferred. - Previous experience in the usage, files building, and trouble shooting of a laboratory or clinical information system. - Previous Software/IT experience resulting in a broad understanding within a healthcare environment and operations.
