Key Requirements: U.S. Citizen Major Duties:Serves as a Sensor Team subject matter expert/operations research analyst within the Division. You will apply advanced professional knowledge of analytical concepts, mathematics, statistics and modeling/simulation techniques to Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition (RSTA) performance methodology development and RSTA performance analyses of active and passive sensor systems that may include EO/IR, Hyperspectral, MASINT, Radar, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), SIGINT, and fusion processes. Leads and conducts analyses that address RSTA sensor issues for current operations, and transformation for future force technologies. Gathers, analyzes, and evaluates DoD/Army sensor data in order to address technical performance issues of fielded and developmental RSTA sensors on ground and air platforms. Serves on high level boards and committees. Conducts briefings for a broad spectrum of customers across the Department of Army/Department of Defense as a recognized authority.
