Job Description:
The maintenance department provides building and equipment support and repair. -Provides leadership, direction and education to the crafts. -Administers programs (SAP Maintenance), policies and procedures in an effort to organize and control maintenance activities. -Enforces company, bakery and department policies. -Ensures safety, and sanitation (GMP) rules are in compliance. -Sets priorities to support operations requirements and assures plant equipment is properly maintained. -May be responsible for administering the weekly maintenance labor schedule.
