In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for performing various maintenance and repair services to individual units and exterior of buildings including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances and general repairs. Lead and work with assigned staff. Identify problems, make recommendations or implement corrective action to be taken. Ensure that assigned staff is trained in all areas pertinent to his/her position, as well as safety issues. See that all deficiences are corrected in a timely, cost-efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels in assigned buildings.
