We have an opportunity for a Machine Maintenance Supervisor to support the Consumer & Office Products group, located in Enfield, CT. Consumer & Office Products produces notebooks, folders, decorative wall and desk calendars, stationery products, media storage accessories, time management and personal organizers for home and office dİcor. Job Responsibilities Managing and directing the daily activities of a group of mechanics and one electrician. Providing a vision for maintaining equipment, which leads to minimal unscheduled outages Storeroom cycle counting and reactive service Providing a broad scope of responsibility including Maintenance, Safety, ISO, and Quality Providing daily leadership in regards to supervising and continuously improving our preventive maintenance program Working with Manufacturing Supervisors and Engineers on a regular basis to address their needs effectively and efficiently Performing other related duties as required for the efficient operation of the department, or as directed by the supervisor Job Requirements Must have proven hands-on mechanical experience and offer problem-solving resources in the maintenance environment Excellent technical knowledge of maintenance functions Evidence of leadership ability and potential to effectively supervise a department Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Above average mathematical ability Strong computer skills College degree Minimum of five years experience in the maintenance field or equivalent.
