Job Description:
The successful candidate will partner with internal & external teams to develop business cases, requirements and plan the user acceptance testing. He/she will lead the marketing & promotion program and assist bankers with complaints & escalation. Qualifications * Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong troubleshooting skills in a complex environment * Experience creating functional and technical documentation * Applications development or quality assurance testing experience required * Strong experience with manual testing, testing tools, writing test plans, and reviewing test cases * Demonstrated ability in problem solving, creative thinking and leading several complex initiatives. * Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint * SIX Sigma or ITIL framework is a plus * Experience with ATM (Diebold, NCR, Wincor) hardware & software is a plus.
