Job Description:
Food Service Manager: Plan, order and oversee preparation of 3 meals a day for 150-250 participants. Pack food for outdoor cookouts, ServeSave or Safe-at-the-Plate certification preferred. Supervise 2-5 kitchen aides. Previous experience necessary.
Job Requirements:
All staff must enjoy working with girls and adults of varying ages and backgrounds and have the abliity to work with groups. Camp living is outdoor living in a community environment. It's fun, challenging, and rewarding! Qualified applicants will:
-Have experience working with kids
-Commit to the full summer program
-Attend pre-camp training
-Complete a Camp Health History form
-Abide by the council policies
-Provide proof of eligiblity to work in the U.S.
