Supply Chain Program ManagerAssume a leadership role for tactical analysis and strategic assessment of BD s supply chain performance and its capabilities necessary to meet existing and emerging business strategy & channel partner service requirements.This position will lead cross functional efforts which will provide thorough analysis of existing & future BD supply chain organizational and infrastructure capabilities necessary to support potential shifts in Go-to- Market strategy.This position will have Account responsibility for some of our largest Distributor/Customers. The role is highly collaborative externally, focusing on select channel partners and leading key supply chain optimization projects that span BD s and our channel partner s supply chains, building tighter, standardized and more efficient integration across the channels we serve.Strategic Supply Chain Management Assess Supply Chain implications to supporting various potential strategic channel shifts such as growth within the Retail channel & potential shift toward Direct Distribution Develop a program of differentiated value-based service options incorporating future Everest design capabilities, which will support BD Business Strategies Develop & mature our understanding of Total-Cost-to-Serve (Net Profitability) across the channels we serve Advise Business Leadership on economic impact of creating and executing various differentiated service initiatives that support the defined pathways to our customers Develop a Net Profitability picture by channel & customer that informs Supply Chain strategic thinkingChannel Partner Management Focus on channel partner engagement, enhance communication, standardize a structured approach, measure the effectiveness & progress against defined objectives.
