Our client, a well-established investment management firm, with over $20 billion under management, is looking for a talented operations associate to help with their trade settlements.This prominent firm specializes in managing assets in the Private Equity and Leveraged Finance markets. The responsibilities include: Working directly with analysts, portfolio managers and traders to track and report accurate trade information and assist with trade settlements. Trade order processing, maintenance of relevant document filings, and communicating with third party administrators to provide pertinent trade information.The appropriate candidate must possess:College degree in Finance or Accounting with 1-4 years of relevant experience Exposure to derivative securities, loan debt, cash reconciliation and/or complianceProficiency in MS Office and particularly competent in working with Excel spreadsheetsExposure to Bloomberg and Wall Street Office applications is a plus.Someone who is pursuing a career in the challenging financial industry and who enjoys a fast-paced work environment will thrive in this position with this leading firm.
