Job Description:
The Supply Chain Finance and Program Manager will manage the Supply Chain's financial analysis and financial reporting, and regularly provides strategic financial advice and guidance to Supply Chain's management. Responsible for financial and fiscal management aspects of Supply Chain. Coordinates with Supply Chain SFO, and provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of Supply Chain. Participates in studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of Supply Chain. Extracts financial data from various accounting and information systems. Performs financial and cost accounting analysis of data. Develop and deliver productivity reports measuring Supply Chain effectiveness, developing and delivering reports, productivity measurements. Coordinates with Supply Chain SFO to develop budget / annual plan / business plan. Provides financial data for milestone database and E2 database report consolidation. Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems. Utilizes spend databases (Access, TM1, Oracle AP, and others) to develop financial reports. Create and manage status reports to measure effectiveness of Supply Chain (including Outsourcing). Provide Program Management for internal Supply Chain improvement projects. Create format, facilitate, and compile senior management reports. This position will manage internal communications for Supply Chain which 1) prepares individuals for and 2) explains the benefits of significant supply chain changes.
