An Engineering in Kansas City, Kansas is immediately seeking a driller's helper to help do geotechnical boring on commercial construction projects in the surrounding Kansas City area. Clean DMV record is necessary, must be able to submit and pass a drug test, must pass background check. Candidate must be able to work long hours in the heat and cold. Must have class A CDL. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. Previous experience drilling is helpful, but not necessary, previous experience in the construction, geotechnical would be preferred. Must provide great work history and great references. Pay 10-12/hr 40 hours per week. Anything over 40 hours paid time and a half. Opportunity for 60 hours a week in summer. This is a contract to hire position.
