Creative Web Designer for Internet Startup - HTML, JavaScript, & Flash

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated freelancer to help develop the website front-end using Web 2.0 technologies.

An ideal candidate would be an expert in HTML, JavaScript, and Flash and have creative design skills. Proficiency in internet application development using Ruby on Rails or other scripting languages would be desirable.
