Job Description:
This is a 6 to 8 week assignment.
Position requires a team player with a professional attitude able to work in a fast-paced and challenging collection environment.
Position Overview: This individual is responsible for assisting the General Counsel on maintaining compliance in all areas for UFLP, including but not limited to: Insurance, complaint resolution, state regulatory agencies, and legal support.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities
• Handles requests and changes for insurance policies.
• Completes and manages all licensing requirements.
• Manages all client contracts.
• Assists General Counsel with all needs.
• Responds to all regulatory & BBB complaints.
• Serves as weekly switchboard relief.
• Oversees Quality Control
• Oversees GE Legal Collectors
Temporary Assignment
Salary is negotiable based upon experience and qualifications.
