Job Description:
A nationwide diversified company is seeking a FT Regional Operations and Maintenance Supervisor to work on our Facilities O&M contract. This position requires an Associates Degree (Bachelor's degree highly preferred) and at least 5 years of recent experience supervising in house facilities maintenance activities, including technical knowledge in the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems. You will be responsible for hands-on troubleshooting, quality control, supervision of mechanical and janitorial staff and reporting for all facilities maintenance activities, including snow removal and landscaping. Must be willing to travel as needed to provide 24/7 coverage to all sites.
