Accenture Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services and HR. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.
Job Description:
The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible for the technical designing, coding, enhancement and testing of custom ABAP application objects to meet business process requirements.
Key responsibilities may include:
Assists Functional Team in the creation of Functional Designs for Reports, Interfaces, Extensions and Forms
Performs the technical design, build, and testing of assigned ABAP custom objects
Creates, executes and documents tests necessary to ensure that a custom ABAP application object meets functional and performance requirements
Participates in external system testing for Interfaces
Performs fixes on developed objects for problems identified in testing
Ensures the utilization of established development processes and standards in order to ensure the quality of the deliverables
Identifies and analyzes team and project risks and mitigates them appropriately

Basic Qualifications:
2 years of SAP ABAP development skills
4 years of work experience

Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
