Job Description: Position reports to AVP Strategic Account Management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage senior level external and internal stakeholders on a daily basisDocument and manage all action plans for assigned client base. Participate independently or with the seller in quarterly and annual client reviewsParticipate in service meetings with client. Put together client presentationsDevelop and implement solutions for escalated issues across multiple offices, multiple products and multiple products. Direct operational and technological process improvement multiple ChoicePoint orgs at all levelsManage audit and reporting programs for clientAnalyze trends and make recommendations on potential changes to programIntervene as required to ensure client satisfactionProvide solutions to business problems, with a six sigma approach, analyzing root cause issues and bringing creative solution to problem solvingPrepare client documentation to include:Statement of Work, Service Level agreements, standard operating ProceduresFormalize management reports to meet client needsWork with ChoicePoint technical staff, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure clients are adequately trained to perform all necessary functions as they relate to ChoicePoint productsServe as primary technical contact for internal and external issues related to computer systems, marketing efforts, and user/client interface coordination.
