The CSD Regional Pillar Lead will insure the implementation of standardized processes in order to:* Establish base operating skills for associates by using the CSD process to effectively and efficiently assimilate all new associates into the plant.* Lead the change management process for their plants in order to introduce new skills effectively to the workforces across the region. * Teach the plants in the region to create and maintain training curriculum and agendas for all associate positions. * Help develop and react to metrics that will assist plant operations in prioritizing training and development needs as well as providing a means to insure that the programs remain intact over time.* Maintain training materials and data as required.* Provide standardized training for plant CSD Leaders resources such as trainers, mentors and auditors.* Conduct internal systems audits as required* Audit the CSD section of Plant Leadership Boards and maintain annual objectives for plant CSD leaders.* Engage associates in the creation and maintenance of training material and other training aides.
