Financial Performance Achieve account revenue and profitability goals by managing expenses related to hub and spoke operation Analyze expenditures and make appropriate recommendations for cost saving/value add opportunities Balance resources to maximize productivity, efficiency and profitability. Customer Satisfaction Insure strict contract compliance Insure accurate and timely reporting and measurements Meet regularly with customer contact to insure performance/metrics meet the customers business strategy Provide creative and timely problem solving techniques to improve performance Incorporate process and quality improvement measures to manage and standardize operations Identify service enhancements, cost saving opportunities, and other mail stream strategies to improve the customer experience.
