Pharmacy Managed Care experience required. 8-10+ years management experience required. Candidate must possess experience in the healthcare information technology industry. Demonstrated success in developing revenue through strategic partnerships and/or new product developments. A blend of business development / channel management and quota carrying sales environments required. Knowledge of business development strategies for PBM/PBA industry and sales territory management. Must also have skilled negotiation ability along with Conflict management, customer service skills and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and business development events simultaneously. Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle. Additional Knowledge & Skills Thorough knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) & Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) services, and business development practices and procedures. Ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of Company?s operations structure, and the Prospective Health system. NCPDP association preferred. Highly knowledgeable of all types of pharmacy services with emphasis on managed healthcare. Record of achievement in strategic planning.
