As an Operations Manager with NaturaLawnŽ of America you will be responsible for the upkeep of customers' lawns through the scheduled application of our exclusive, natural organic-based materials. The Operations Manager will lead a staff of Sales & Service Technicians to achieve goals of the location as set by the Branch Manager. The primary responsibilities of the Operations Manager are as follows: Recruit, interview, and develop Sales and Service Technicians. Ensure the completion of branch revenue and production goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Oversee technicians in the selection and use of NaturaLawnŽ of America approved products being used on customers' lawns to ensure standards of operations are met. Direct the operations of new customer acquisition through completion of assessments, distribution of marketing materials, sales lead follow-up, truck sales, etc. Meet with customers on the lawn to diagnose problems. Oversee the operations department to generate additional revenue through the up-sell of recommended services. Fill in for Sales & Service Technicians on routes as needed. Ensure that Branch and Company standards are followed as they relate to the operation of company owned equipment. Develop individual training outlines for each member of the Operations department. Use a Team Approach with all members of the branch and landscape company to ensure consistent growth of the location as well as growth of individual employees. Candidates should love working outdoors, be in good physical condition, and must have excellent people skills.
