Operations Supervisor - Records Management The Records Management team is integral to Documentation Operations. They are responsible for the imaging and file retention of all customer legal documents for the Commercial Business Group. Job scope includes managing workflow of documents received to ensure imaging within SLA standards; management of warehouse functions for optimum efficiency, flow and storage; research and investigation into missing file requests; develop and maintain management reporting on productivity and quality performance of staff; develop and maintain management reporting of imaging activity volumes; participate in ah-hoc projects to enhance imaging functions and performance; partner with supported businesses to ensure that service provided is in line with business requirements. Manage staff to performance and quality standards and conduct coaching sessions. Write and deliver annual and mid-year performance appraisals. The Records Management Supervisor is involved with all processing tasks, handling of investigations, customer and business liaisons. All activities listed below are actively reviewed and managed by the team supervisor(s).
