Job Description:
The incumbent scans, reviews, and processes incoming new business trades (i.e. Outside Funds and 529 plans). Candidate forwards trades that do not meet the required criteria to Quality of Business for further review and mails trades that are processed to the appropriate fund companies. Incumbent returns trades that cannot be processed to the writing representative. The incumbent performs a quality control check on processed work as well as daily reconciliation to ensure all trades have been processed correctly within departmental standards. Identifies problems and implements solutions as well as perform miscellaneous functions as required. Hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p. Salary $23-24k. Specifications / Qualifications Knowledge of company policies and procedures Familiarity of database and mainframe systems Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions to problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under deadline pressure Ability to work overtime as needed Minimum typing skills of 30 wpm Excellent proofreading skills
