Provide transactional processing support for respective product Provide creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies Utilize technical knowledge in order to deliver quality service and achieve operating efficiency Participate in activities related to compliance with procedures and control Meet/exceed departmental quality and productivity standards for all functions of data entry Demonstrates Shared Responsibilities 3rd shift: Monday - Friday 11:30pm - 7:00am Specifications / Qualifications Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills for problem identification and escalation Strong data entry keying abilities - 8,000 keystrokes per hour (Will require data entry keying test) Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Flexible/sense of urgency
