Job Description:
Description Research and respond to various Subpoena, Search Warrants, Summons, IRS Audit request that are served on Bank of America. Research to be completed within critical deadlines by using various systems (COIN, XPTR,LTS, TRACE, BOSS and Safe Deposit Box Systems). Candidate will be required to contact Attorneys, FBI/IRS Agents, Federal, State and Law Enforcement's Officials, Legal Department, and other business partners. Assist with other related clerical functions within the department. Position can be filled at Band 8A or 8B depending on experience. Qualifications Required Skills Effective oral communication skills, ability to listen and show compassion to irate customers. Must have working knowledge of Pega Trace, COIN, LTS, XPTR, IDS and Model/FDES Systems. Basic PC skills, analytical and written communication skills are required. Desired Skills Review and analyze legal documents.
