You will manage a team of 15-20 sheet metal assemblers, coordinate materials needed for production, ensure proper use of tools and their availability, perform employee reviews, assist in training, and other management responsibilities. Assembly Manager must have had hands-on assemly and production experience and be willing to roll up their sleeves and still get their hands dirty when required. Candidates with prior experience in an ISO environment are encouraged to apply.Requirements:At least five years of management experiencePrior experience in a production facility Sheet metal / welding experience is a huge plus.Excellent Communication SkillsSpanish speakers are highly desired and are encouraged to apply Experience: (See Job Descripton)
