Resolve accounts in which the vehicle has been impounded by a government agency or an auto service provider.

Determine whether COAF can release a vehicle back to a customer.

Determine whether COAF should retrieve a vehicle by assessing the value of the unit and determining the costs involved to repossess the vehicle.

Maintain a strong working relationship with the repossession agents and assigning them out to retrieve our collateral.
