Job Description:
A young, high energy downtown law firm is seeking
a real estate and foreclosure litigation associate to
support their key partners. This position includes
the following responsibilities: initial case
investigation, ongoing analysis and preparation of
cases for filing, overall case planning, managing all
discovery coordination, and drafting skills. The
candidate must be able to do trial preparation and
actual trial of cases. The ideal candidate will have 4
- 7 experience in real estate litigation. Bankruptcy
litigation is preferred, but not required.
