Job Description:
Operations Manager, Network Operations & Analysis Operations Manager is responsible for several large and complex cross functional projects that support the strategic business initiatives for Centralized collections. The Director will act as a primary liaison between various servicing entities (Risk, Compliance, Cash, Bankruptcy, Recovery) and senior management for the Branch Network system. Develop and manage the objectives for key strategic efficiency projects for Network and Private Label centralized collections . Manage and perform projects to include conducting financial and non financial analysis to identify income and process improvement opportunities. Examines processes and recommends changes to enhance service , quality and compliance. Conduct vendor validation and cost analysis/review. Develop and implement vendor scorecard. Develop process review for risk and compliance testing to achieve improved performance results reducing delinquency and losses. Reviews overall operations and provide advice on policy questions, compliance issues, training, and long term controls and process for the division that are consistent and uniform. Manage communication process between centralized collections and Network Branch senior management. Establish effective process for risk and compliance reviews and reporting for Co Collections program. Formulate, recommend, review policies and procedures that relate to staff/line functions under division senior. Prepares and presents decks, reports, summaries, recommendations for improvements, etc, for division senior Specifications / Qualifications Positions requires 2 years management experience as well as 2 years collections/compliance/cash experience required. Problem Solving/Analytical Skills Strong analytical and process skills. Ability to clearly articulate/understand needs of business.
