OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Responsible for day to day operations within the bankruptcy unit. Ensuring best practices are in place and followed minimizing losses and risk. Performance management, organizational development. Training staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently. Proficient PC experience required. Time management skills are a must. Specifications / Qualifications Minimum 5+ years management experience. Experience managing managers (and their direct reports), preferred. 5+ years bankruptcy experience required. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required. Must have working knowledge of laws associated with management of bankruptcy portfolios (i.e., Bankruptcy Code). Demonstrated leadership skills essential. Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Incumbent must possess a high level of self motivation and ability to work independently. Proficient on PC using various software application, including Word and Excel.
